Here you will find the schedule, what each player needs for games/practices, and notes to parents.

What each student needs to bring to practice:
  1. Appropriate Basketball attire (basketball shoes, athletic shirts, t shirt)
  2. Water (optional) – water fountains provided

What each student needs to bring to games:
  1. Basketball Uniform (shoes, jersey, shorts, warm ups)
  2. Water
  3. Healthy snack before the game (1-2 hours prior to game)
  4. Money for away games (we will stop for food after long distance away games)
Notes to parents:
  • ·         Game times and locations are on the “Game Schedule”
  • ·         Pick up times for games are estimated
  • ·         Friday practices are completely optional (It will not affect play time)
  • ·        If practice is missed the day before a game and is unexcused, the player will suit up but not participate in the next game (want to prepare them for high school)
  • ·         After school care is provided for basketball players ($25 for the season)

New Year, New Games

First Month at ECS

ECS Family,         Thank you so much for giving me a warm welcome during my first month at ECS.  It is an honor and a privilege to work with such great students, teachers, and parents.  I now see why many call Evergreen Christian School a family.         Let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding PE or your student.  I am happy to help in any way I can. End of First Quarter

ECS Family,         Thanksgiving Break is here!  And surely, there is a whole lot to be thankful for.  I thank God daily for the opportunity to be PE teacher and coach here at ECS.  I am surrounded daily by some outstanding students and teachers.  This truly is the place to be. 1 Chronicles 16:34   Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. In Regards to PE       This week in PE, volleyball was the sport of choice.  We learned and practiced passing, setting, serving, and even some spiking.  I saw many improvements from the students and saw great sportsmanship and encouragement during the volleyball tournaments and games.       Thank you again for your continual support and your dedication to the development of each student.  Our staff understands that each student matters and we are committed to preparing each student for their next step.       Let me ...
