Track Starts Today!
ECS Family, This week in PE, each class will be playing baseball and practicing Track and Field. We will be using Wiffle Ball to teach the rules of baseball. We will also be using hurdles, medicine balls, and the high jump pit to practice Track and Field. Next week in PE, we will have our one and only dance day of the year, as well as our first workout of the year. For the dance day, students will be learning dance moves to some of the most common songs performed at weddings and dance events. We will also perform a workout to assess each students' cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance.
