Week 5

ECS Family,

We enjoyed another great week of PE at ECS!  The weather kept us inside for the week, but we were able to play some great indoor games.  Some of the games played this week were Four Corners, Red Light Green Light, Ultimate Ball, Sprout Ball, and Dodgeball.

During the games, I saw many examples of great sportsmanship, encouragement, and teamwork.  We discussed why sportsmanship is important and how it sets the stage for a fun environment for the entire class.  Sportsmanship will be a major topic this year, as it relates to PE, sports, and the rest of life.

Thank you again for your continual support and your dedication to the development of each student.  Our staff understands that each student matters and we are committed to preparing each student for their next step.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding PE or your student.  I am happy to help in any way I can.
